About
Sarah Kwak (she/her) is a third-year student double-majoring in Political Science and Philosophy. Academically, she is interested in poststructuralism, community engagement, and critical theory. In practice, Sarah has held roles in various community-based organizations, including School District 73’s first anti-racism student council; an intersectional disordered eating care facility based in Montreal; an organization focused on fostering relationships between Asian-American/Canadian creatives; and Kamloops’ first organization for anti-racism.
Outside of work, Sarah enjoys reading and writing, having been featured in the 2022/23 ArtsOne Student Journal, as well as various independent BIPOC publications. She also enjoys trying new cuisines, watching films, and hiking with loved ones.
