Max Bogpene is a Ph.D. student in the Department of Political Science. He is currently the Graduate Academic Assistant for the Human Rights Training Program. He studies International Relations with a particular focus on norm contestation, international law, and how states and/or regional groupings of states resist international norms and institutions. When not hunched over his PC, he enjoys biking, playing video games, and watching documentaries.
