His academic interests include Canadian and U.S. foreign policy in addition to state relations in the Asia-Pacific region. He developed an interest in the field of human rights while researching recent threats to press and academic freedoms in the Philippines and Indonesia for an experiential learning project. Outside of university and work, Noah enjoys playing soccer, reading history books, and watching films.
